Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, or preference, except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds for shipping damage except where required by applicable law. Buyers are responsible for filing shipping-damage claims with the shipping carrier where the carrier permits recipient-filed claims. Please retain the damaged item, all packaging, and photos of the damage until the claim is resolved.
