Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from and use of The ReFind Renegade Boutique online store. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published store policies, subject to applicable law.

Products and condition

We sell a mix of new, vintage, and pre-owned items. Please review each item's description, measurements, condition details, and photos before purchasing. Vintage and pre-owned items may show wear as described or pictured. Colors may vary depending on your display. Contact us before purchasing if you need additional information.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you. If we cancel an order, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

Shipping

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Buyers are responsible for filing shipping-damage claims with the carrier where recipient-filed claims are permitted. Please retain the damaged item, all packaging, and photos of the damage until the claim is resolved. Contact fmbliquidators@gmail.com if supporting documentation or a shipper-filed claim is required. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, preference or shipping damage, except where required by applicable law. Our published return and refund policy provides further details, including shipping-damage claim procedures. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Privacy and acceptable use

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not use this store for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others.

Changes and contact
